About me
Hi, I’m Ana — founder of The Eventful Pup, a bespoke wedding dog chaperone service created from a lifelong love of dogs and personal wedding experience.
Since 2018, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and temperaments — including puppies, senior dogs, and anxious dogs — providing calm, structured, and attentive care tailored to each individual.
The Eventful Pup was inspired by my own wedding in 2023. Like many couples, I couldn't imagine celebrating without my dog, Joey, by my side. However, finding professional wedding day dog care that combined experience, reliability and an understanding of how weddings actually work proved surprisingly difficult. That experience inspired me to create a dedicated wedding dog chaperone service that allows couples to include their dog safely, calmly and beautifully in one of the most important days of their lives.
Alongside years of hands-on dog care experience, I also work professionally within the events industry. This means I understand timelines, suppliers, venue coordination and the importance of keeping a wedding day running smoothly — giving you confidence that both you and your dog are in experienced hands.
