Owners confirm that their dog is up to date with routine vaccinations, flea treatment, and worming where appropriate.

Owners must also inform The Eventful Pup if their dog is in season at the time of the booking.

The Eventful Pup reserves the right to decline bookings where the environment, logistics, or welfare considerations are not deemed suitable.

Owners must disclose any relevant behavioural concerns prior to booking, including but not limited to:

Failure to disclose relevant behavioural information may result in services being refused or terminated if safety becomes a concern.

Any veterinary costs incurred during the booking remain the responsibility of the owner.

9. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required to secure the wedding date.

Bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

If final payment is not received by the due date, services may not proceed until payment has been made in full.

The 25% booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Where possible, any additional payments made beyond the booking fee may be refunded depending on notice given and costs already incurred.

Postponements

One date transfer may be permitted subject to availability.

Any transferred booking must be agreed in writing.

If The Eventful Pup is unavailable for the new date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

11. Delays & Additional Time

Additional time beyond this may be charged at a rate of £65 per hour.

Any additional charges will be discussed wherever possible during the event.

The Eventful Pup will always prioritise the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of the dog in all weather conditions.

In cases of extreme weather, including excessive heat, heavy rain, storms, flooding, snow, or unsafe temperatures, adjustments to walks, outdoor attendance, transport arrangements, or scheduled activities may be required.

Where outdoor conditions are considered unsafe for the dog, The Eventful Pup reserves the right to limit or refuse certain activities in the interest of animal welfare and safety.

Every reasonable effort will be made to work with the couple and venue to find suitable alternatives where possible.
