The Eventful Pup understands that wedding photography and personal privacy are important considerations for every couple.
This policy outlines how photographs, videos, and social media content involving your dog may be captured and used during the provision of services.
1. Photography During Services
As part of the wedding dog chaperone experience, The Pawfessional Chaperone may occasionally capture behind-the-scenes photographs or short video clips of your dog throughout the day.
This may include:
• Arrival at the venue
• Walks and comfort breaks
• Ceremony moments
• Portrait sessions
• Behind-the-scenes content
• General wedding day memories involving your dog
These images are often intended to provide couples with additional memories and updates during the wedding day.
2. Consent
No photographs or videos featuring your dog, wedding, or guests will be shared publicly without prior consent.
Consent preferences will be confirmed during the booking process via a consent checkbox or written agreement.
Clients may:
• Grant permission for social media use
• Decline permission entirely
• Request limited use only
Consent may be withdrawn at any time prior to public posting.
3. Social Media & Website Use
Where consent has been provided, content may occasionally be used on:
• The Pawfessional Chaperone website
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• Marketing materials
• Portfolio galleries
Content may be shared immediately after the wedding or at a later date.
Every effort will be made to share content respectfully and appropriately.
4. Professional Photographer Content
The Pawfessional Chaperone fully respects the work and copyright of professional photographers and videographers.
Professional images will never be used without appropriate permission from the photographer and/or couple where required.
Copyright for all professional wedding photographs remains with the original photographer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Guest Privacy
Care is taken to avoid sharing sensitive or inappropriate content involving guests.
However, due to the nature of weddings and public events, guests may occasionally appear incidentally in background imagery.
If a client would prefer that no guest imagery is used, this can be discussed prior to the wedding date.
6. Removal Requests
If a client later wishes for previously shared content to be removed from social media or the website, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the request where possible.
